Sent my tax info through the portal a month ago . Waited 2 weeks and then called for a follow-up. I was told that my taxes are in review. Called a week later, and I was told the same thing. Call last week, and I was told that my taxes were completed, and I will have the paperwork in the portal in 15 minutes to sign. Well, here we are a week later , and I am told that my taxes were in review again. I told the lady that I was told last week that my taxes were completed. She then told me that I had submitted a new document. I kindly reminded her I did not, and the portal reflects the last document I submitted. I wasted a month trying to get my taxes done.
